All of our properties are personally vetted to meet the very highest standards especially in terms of safety, and we follow strict guidelines laid down by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) so you can be sure that you are financially protected.
Renting through “The Lettings Agency” is a fairly straight forward process.

• Having found you a suitable property to rent we will give you a Tenancy Application Form and Credit Referencing Forms. At this time you will need to pay the applicable (non-refundable) referencing fee.When this has been successfully processed, a mutually convenient moving in date will be arranged.
• You will be asked to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, with a cleared payment of 1 month rent, 1 month rent as deposit, pet deposit if applicable and an Administration Fee.
• Prior to your tenancy beginning your designated Property Manager will ensure a Gas safety certificate is valid and certificated by a registered gas engineer.
