Choosing a Letting Agent to manage your property or even just to carry out a simple tenant find, should be one of, if not the main considerations a Landlord must take. Property Management
If you instruct ‘The Lettings Agency’ to manage your property, we will ensure you peace of mind. Having found the most suitable tenants, and after we have referenced and credit searched the applicant, it is our role to deal with the day to day management of the tenancy. Your designated Property Manager will be responsible for matters such as:-

  • Ensuring gas safety inspections, maintenance, rent collection are maintained.
  • Look after your interests and deal with any problems on your behalf.
  • Provide a 24 hour emergency phone line available to your tenant should any problems arise out of normal office hours.

Tenant Find Only
For this service we are always very conscious that the tenant we provide you, should be of the same quality as those we provide in our fully managed properties. We will therefore ensure that they are not only suitable for the property, but are also highly referenced and credit searched.

Buy to Let
As property management specialists we manage portfolios for a number of clients, and are often asked for advice on suitable property types to add to a Landlords portfolio.
